How do I join my coach?
Install Osent, sign in with your email, then enter the 6-character code your coach gave you.
How do I log a workout?
Open Today, tap a routine, then enter weight and reps for each set and tap the check mark. Tap Finish when you're done.
How do I leave my coach?
In the app, go to Profile → Leave coach. Your coach immediately loses access to your workouts.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. You can also request deletion on our delete account page.
