Privacy policy
This policy explains what Osent ("we") collects, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Account details: your name, email address, language and the coaching workspace you belong to. Training data: the routines your coach assigns and the workouts you log (exercises, sets, weights, reps, dates and durations). Coaches also provide their business name and the exercises and routines they create. Technical data: device type, app version and basic diagnostics needed to keep the service working. We do not collect health data from Apple Health, Health Connect or wearables in this version.
Why we use it
To provide the service: sign you in, show your routines, save your workouts and let your coach follow your progress. To keep the service secure and working. To contact you about your account. We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.
Who can see your data
When you join a coach with their code, you agree that the coach (the owner of that workspace) can see the workouts you log. You can leave your coach at any time in the app, and their access ends immediately. Other workspaces can never see your data. Our service providers process data on our behalf only: Supabase (database, authentication and storage) and Apple and Google (app distribution and notifications).
Where data is stored
Data is stored with Supabase in Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1). Where data is transferred outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we do so in line with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You can access, export and correct your data, withdraw consent and delete your account. Trainees can delete their account in the app (Profile → Delete account) or at osent.app/delete-account. You may also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each coaching workspace is isolated by database-level access rules, and access by our staff is limited and logged.
Children
Osent is not intended for children under 13. Trainees under 18 should use Osent only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
